Coolant Filtration Systems - Coolant Service Unit
Area of use
The BELKI Coolant Service Unit is used to separate tramp oil and small particles from process fluids, primarily coolant fluids. It is a mobile unit that can be easily moved between machines.
Operation
The fluid surface is skimmed by means of a self-regulating suction device. The robust pump can withstand even the smallest chips which are caught in a filter basket. The fluid is subsequently led across a magnetic plate which retains the smaller particles. The built in oil separator leads the tramp oil to a collection tank and the clean fluid flows back into the machine.
