We then place the sample to be preserved in the tank through a carrying bucket, cover it with a special neck plug, and we can take advantage of the low-temperature properties of liquid nitrogen to keep the sample active. It is important not to stay too long in the upper part of the neck tube when removing the sample. The temperature of the upper and lower part of the neck tube is different, and the higher the temperature, the higher the temperature, which is unavoidable and something we need to control ourselves.
