Interlinked workstations are the focus of this year's LogiMAT presentation by RK Rose+Krieger: the full-range supplier is showcasing its components and system solutions for (partially) automated assembly lines and their integration into the material flow.

Trade visitors to LogiMAT 2026 will be able to see for themselves how in-house processes can be equipped for high productivity with RK Rose+Krieger at two stands - 5G15 and 5G18 - in Hall 5. Using an interlinked assembly line, the manufacturer will be demonstrating how it can equip workstation systems in line with requirements and integrate them seamlessly into a production environment. To do this, it uses its modular product system consisting of linear, profile, connection and module technology.

AMR: conveying loads with autonomous navigation

An Autonomous Mobile Robot, or AMR for short, will play a central role within the LogiMAT installation. The driverless transport system connects a buffer warehouse for small load carriers (SLC) with an assembly workstation. It thus realizes an automated, efficient material flow with a buffer section in the tightest of production conditions. Unlike automated guided vehicles (AGVs), AMRs can use sensors and cameras to react dynamically to their surroundings and adapt their route planning as required.

The AMR is combined with a motorized transfer station from subsidiary RK Schmidt Systemtechnik. It serves as a flexible buffer solution and also enables the smooth transfer of loads to defined transfer points. The transfer station monitors the material flow and provides information for higher-level systems (e.g. control systems). Both the structure on the AMR and the transfer station offer flexibility in terms of size, number of segments and transfer height. In addition, they can be adapted to the needs of customers and their loads in terms of dimensions and the total weight to be transported, from small load carriers to pallets.

RK Easymount: Mobile assembly table for multiple stations

Another highlight from RK Rose+Krieger at LogiMAT is its system solutions for workstations and integrated assembly lines. With the help of the modular product system, these can be adapted to the requirements of the respective activity and work organization. In addition to the workstation solution within the installed assembly line, visitors can also get to know the variable customization options of the systems using the RK Easymount . Developed for switch cabinet assembly, it is now regarded as a solution for all industries in which large-format components need to be assembled without tiring.

The height of its work surface can be adjusted up to 650 mm using a 6-button hand switch and electric lifting columns. The angle can also be varied between 0° and 90° in this way. The RK Easymount is mobile with mountable lifting, swivel or fixed castors and the battery-operated MultiControl II accu control unit. This allows it to be easily moved between different work stations at field level.
