ACE Stoßdämpfer GmbH is expanding its range of machine elements and presenting Industrial POWERISE®, a new class of electromechanical actuators, for the first time.

The actuators are available with screw pitches between 2 and 25 mm and can lift, lower and position at the touch of a button with forces between 250 N and 4,000 N. With stroke ranges between 50 mm and 350 mm, elegant and precise as well as powerful and versatile motion control is possible for a wide variety of applications, for example on flaps and hoods or doors and gates, both vertically and horizontally, and also as a positioning system.

In combination with the industrial gas pressure and gas tension springs from ACE-NEWTONLINE, users receive the maintenance-free Industrial POWERISE® as a ready-to-install complete package including accessories from a single source. For new and existing constructions, users can choose whether to use either the tried-and-tested gas struts and gas traction springs or the new electromechanical drives from ACE. It is also possible to combine the two solutions. In all three cases, ACE provides an extra portion of power for virtually any application. Providing maximum comfort at the touch of a button is a highly attractive feature for many modern designs.
